Guerrero cartel hitman

those on! First time hear! The matchless..

The former assassin in a jail that serves as part of a makeshift witness protection program. By Azam Ahmed and Paulina Villegas. JOJUTLA, Mexico — The recruits filed into a clearing, where a group of trainers with the stern bearing of drill sergeants stood in a tight row, hiding something.

A few hands shot up.

The trainers separated, revealing a naked corpse face up in the grass. The recruit froze. The instructor waited, then walked up behind the terrified recruit and fired a bullet into his head, killing him. Next, he passed the blade to a lanky teenager while the others watched, dumbfounded. Offered the chance to prove that he could be an assassin — a sicario — he seized it, he said. A chance at money, power and what he craved most, respect.

To be feared in a place where fear was currency. Like the other recruits, he had been sent by a drug cartel known as Guerreros Unidos to a training camp in the mountains. He envisioned field exercises, morning runs, target practice. Now, standing over the body, he was just trying to suppress an urge to vomit.

He closed his eyes and struck blindly. To survive, he needed to stay the course. The training would do the rest, purging him of fear and empathy. Within a few years, he became one of the deadliest assassins in the Mexican state of Morelos, an instrument of the cartels tearing the nation apart.

Byat only 22 years old, he had taken part in more than murders, he said. The authorities have confirmed nearly two dozen of them in Morelos alone. When the police caught him that year, he could have faced more than years in prison.

But instead of prosecuting him, the authorities saw an opportunity, a chance to pick apart the cartel from the inside. They made him the centerpiece of an off-the-books police operation that dismantled the cartel in southern Morelos, resulting in the arrest and conviction of dozens of its operatives.

For the sicario, the government was a lifeline. The nation has only one official witness protection program, at the federal level, and few in law enforcement actually trust it. Leaks, corruption and incompetence have left it in shambles. The police chief in Morelos at the time, Alberto Capella, wanted a witness protection program that worked, one he could use to smash organized crime in his state.

So he simply created a clandestine one of his own — an improvised strategy that former justice officials describe as a legal stretch. But if working around the edges of the law was the only way to tackle the scourge of organized crime, Mr. Capella figured, it seemed a small price to pay for justice.

Capella, who had survived an all-out gun battle with assassins years earlier, hardening his resolve. As Garza stood before Ramos with a bowed head and held his hands behind his back, FBI agents sat in the back of the courtroom ready to testify about his involvement in the May kidnapping of Ovideo Guerrero, a man from Mission, Texas who was not involved in the drug trade but was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.

The hearing was moved to a later date. Garza had been smuggling drugs and immigrants before being deported after he completed a prison term for a drug smuggling operation. Since his arrest, FBI agents were able to link the man known as Lupe to the kidnapping and likely murder of Guerrero.

Villarreal gave his team a list of men to capture and take back to Mexico. Using the ranch as a staging area, the gunmen recruited other members in the U. It was during that time in early May that the gunmen including, Garza, went twice after Felipe Guerra—one of the suspected thieves—but were not able to capture him, the criminal complaint filed by the FBI and obtained by Breitbart Texas shows.

From there, cartel hitmen moved Garza back to Reynosa where the Gulf Cartel boss called Gringo Mike had him executed, even though he was the wrong man. Since the kidnapping, eight of the 10 cartel gunmen that authorities have identified, have been arrested and await trial. Gulf Cartel Commander Miguel Villarreal died in early during a series of internal fights within the Gulf Cartel that resulted in hours-long firefights in the city of Reynosa and other areas just south of the Rio Grande.

Nuevo Leon police turned the hitman over to Tamaulipas state authorities for prosecution. Law enforcement sources revealed to Breitbart News that after the shooting, Garcia Perez went to a local hospital for treatment where he tried to avoid being identified by providing misleading information to investigators about his identity. Despite his efforts, AEI investigators matched him to an outstanding warrant from Tamaulipas for kidnapping and murder charges related to the execution of a police commander and a police investigator in the border city of Nuevo Laredo.

At the time of his arrest, Garcia Perez claimed to not be currently working for any cartel. The hitmen kidnapped the two cops as they were leaving a restaurant called Cabo Grill in the downtown area of Nuevo Laredo. A month later, authorities found the tortured bodies of the two cops in a clandestine gravesite.

In shocking testimony during the murder trial of an alleged Mexican drug cartel enforcer, the star witness in the case - himself a cartel hitman - told jurors that he stopped keeping track of the number of people he had killed when the number approached Jesus Ernesto Chavez Castillo, the star witness in the trial of his former boss, Arturo Gallegos Castrellon, gave grisly details about how Castrellon grew the Barrio Azteca gang from a Texas prison gang into the band of contract killers for one of Mexico's most violent drug cartels, the Juarez Cartel.

Chavez testified that he had a daily murder quota he was expected to meet to instill fear in police, elected officials and the public at large. Hitman: Jesus Ernesto Chavez says he stopped keeping track of the number of people he's killed after Chavez - under Castrellon's rule - says he helped earn Juarez, Mexico, the title of 'Murder Capital of the World' by killing thousands of people over a four-year period while working for the cartel.

In addition to the staggering number of murders for which Chavez has taken credit, the manner in which he killed is as brutal as it is shocking. Chavez told jurors that he often beheaded or dismembered his victims as a means to impress his boss, Castrellon.

The goal of each murder, he testified, was to make it as brutal as possible so 'that it would be big news. Authorities believe the victims were mistaken for rival gang members who mistook the white Honda Pilot in which the were riding for that of a rival cartel member from the Sinaloa Cartel - with which the Juarez Cartel has been engaged in a long, bloody turf war.

Ultimately, the Sinaloa cartel won the war and control of the drug-trade route through El Paso and the surrounding areas. According to Fox, it could be impossible to ever find out how many murders the Barrio Azteca Gang is responsible for.

A telling sign, however, is that fact that after 35 members of the gang were arrested inthe number of murders in Juarez fell from 3, in to 2, in Bythe number of murders was down to - a number that would have been unheard of just three years earlier, when Castrellon and his gang were still on the streets.

However, a security analyst tells the network the real reason the murder rate is down is because the war between the cartels has come to an end, with Sinaloa the victor. The couple's one-year-old daughter, now orphaned, is cradled by a policewoman in the wake of the shootings which killed her parents.
